Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all paid Metricstab subscriptions. Metricstab is operated by PL Tech Labs, India; charges are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle. This policy supplements (but does not replace) any non-waivable consumer rights you have under applicable local law.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you're not satisfied with a paid plan, request a refund within 14 days of your first paid charge by emailing hello@metricstab.com from your account email. We'll process the refund within 5 business days back to your original payment method. Bank processing times may add a few extra days before the credit appears on your statement.
Recurring renewals
Renewal charges (after the initial 14-day window) are non-refundable, but you can cancel any time from Billing settings to stop future charges. Your plan stays active through the end of the paid period.
Annual plans
Annual plans cancelled mid-cycle remain active through the term but are not pro-rated.
Free trial
The 14-day trial requires no credit card and incurs no charge. At trial end, accounts that haven't chosen a paid plan lose access to reports until they pick one — no charge is ever made, and your data is retained in your account.
Taxes
Refunds are issued net of any taxes that have already been remitted to a tax authority by Paddle, where those taxes are non-recoverable.
Disputes
If you disagree with a refund decision, please reply to the email thread and we will review with a different team member. You retain any rights you have under your jurisdiction's consumer-protection laws (including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 in India).
