14-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied with a paid plan, request a refund within 14 days of your first paid charge by emailing billing@metricstab.app from your account email. We'll process it within 5 business days back to your original payment method.

Recurring renewals

Renewal charges (after the initial 14-day window) are non-refundable, but you can cancel any time from Billing settings to stop future charges. Your plan stays active through the end of the paid period.

Annual plans

Annual plans cancelled mid-cycle remain active through the term but are not pro-rated.

Free trial

The 14-day trial requires no credit card and incurs no charge. Accounts auto-downgrade to the Free plan at trial end.
