Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating a Metricstab account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Metricstab on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. The Service

Metricstab provides SEO analytics, reporting, and workflow tools that connect to third-party data sources you authorize (such as Google Search Console). We may modify or improve features at any time.

3. Accounts & Eligibility

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old.

4. Plans, Trials & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance via our payment processor (Paddle) on a monthly or annual cycle you choose. New accounts include a 14-day trial of premium features without a credit card; at trial end, accounts auto-downgrade to the Free plan and your data is retained.

5. Acceptable Use

Don't use Metricstab to break the law, abuse third-party APIs, infringe intellectual property, or interfere with the service for other users. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of data you connect or upload. You grant Metricstab the rights necessary to operate the service for you. See the Privacy Policy and DPA.

7. Third-Party Services

Connecting Google Search Console, PageSpeed Insights, or other providers is subject to their own terms. Metricstab is not responsible for outages or changes in those services.

8. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel any time from Billing settings. See our Refund Policy.

9. Warranty & Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 14 days before taking effect.
